LFTA How to apply?

All students must submit to London film and Television Academy their application using the official admission application form together with the following

  • A copy of all qualifications gained onwards from GCSE/matriculation (year 10).
  • A levels (year 13 UK) and (Year 12 Asia, overseas) examinations and result sheets, diplomas and degrees.
  • Details of English Academic Qualifications, i.e. IELTS (for overseas students)
  • A copy of curriculum vitae (CV).
  • Three (3) passport size photographs
  • Payment of £100 a non-refundable registration fee in the form of a draft/cheque made payable to London film and television academy.
In order to apply please send the duly filled admission /application form together with the registration fee of £100 (non-refundable) and all the document requirements mentioned above to:

Academic Calendar

The academic year operates a semester system of two thirteen week semesters, which run-in spring (January), and fall (September) of each year.

Course Assessments

For each course / modules, the student is assessed with the college continuous assessment policy. The college prepare assessment sheet for each student which includes marks percentage for

  • Class participation, class behaviour.
  • Writing assignments, Project and or dissertations
  • Mid-term and final semester examinations.
  • However, the college has a provision for students to re-sit units of assessment in the event of failure of the course/module
